RedPoint Media & Marketing Solutions Wins at Alberta Magazine Publishers Association Awards
MARCH 21, 2014 — RedPoint Media & Marketing Solutions was honoured last night when its Avenue Calgary brand took home two awards at the Alberta Magazine Publishers Association gala.
The Avenue Calgary team received a silver award in the Photograph – Landscape, Still Life, Architecture category for photographer Colin Way’s work on Avenue’s The Big Deal Potluck. Taking home this award was affirmation that Avenue is a leader in visual content.
Also winning a silver award in the Emerging Writer category, sponsored by the Amber Webb-Bowerman Memorial Foundation, was Sara Samson for her piece Living The Dream, published while she was an intern at Avenue Calgary. Samson is currently working with RedPoint as a member of the up! Magazine editorial team.
